Meridian Realty to feature on popular Television Show

Meridian Realty Johannesburg has been selected to appear on the upcoming 4^th season of the hugely successful reality home renovation television programme “Vat Jou Goed en Trek!” on KykNET (DSTV) channel 144.  The Afrikaans programme helps South African families who are struggling to sell their homes. A team consisting of an interior designer, a general contractor and a leading real estate agent meet with homeowners and have two days to renovate two areas of the property, dress the property and show it to potential buyers.

Under the guidance of Meridian Realty Johannesburg, a property that has an exclusive mandate with them will be selected to undergo renovations sponsored by Cashbuild. For the renovations, the best designers, carpenters and builders across South Africa are brought in to wow viewers and show them how they can improve their property without having to break the bank. It will then be marketed to achieve a SOLD by Meridian Realty Johannesburg. 

Homeowners who sign or have signed an exclusive mandate with Meridian Realty Johannesburg stand a chance of being selected to participate in theVat Jou Goed en Trek! programme. Entries close on 31 July 2018

Homeowners who wish to participate would need to meet the following criteria:

• All building material is from Cashbuild so there MUST BE a Cashbuild store in your area in order for your area to be eligible in this opportunity
• The property must be aesthetically appealing and be priced between R800 000 – R4 million.
• Meridian Realty Johannesburg requires an exclusive mandate expiring no sooner than 30 September  2018
• Cost of the renovations will be carried by the “Vat jou goed en trek”  sponsors – no cost to the sellers

The sellers will receive minor renovations done to their home (two areas within the property), having their home showcased on national TV, an improved chance of selling as a result of both the renovation and the staging, as well as the increased and broader marketing exposure.
