Then your eye sweeps beyond it to the slopes of the Stellenbosch Mountains and vine-covered foothills all the way to town of Stellenbosch itself. This farm has Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards from which wine has been produced under farm's own label in the past. All the facilities are available to do so again, including the maturation cellar and wine barrels.
